Proof of Address
Utility bill (WASA, T&TEC) or bank statement — less than 3 months old. Must show your name and address.
CRA PIN (CROS number)
Your Computerised Registration Application PIN from the CROS portal. Required by the Registry.
Optional / May Be Required
Birth Certificate
May be required if citizenship is not proven by passport.
Additional Photo ID
Driver's licence or voter's ID as supplementary identification.

Draft Partnership Agreement
