How quickly will I get a response?

Can I schedule a session with Danelle?
Yes. Premium subscribers get 1 session per month and Ultimate subscribers get 2 per month. Sessions are booked through your dashboard once your subscription is active.
Do you offer phone support?
We primarily support via email and the contact form. Phone support is available for urgent matters and for Premium and Ultimate subscribers.
Can I visit in person?
We operate primarily online but can arrange in-person meetings in Trinidad & Tobago by appointment for partnership discussions or special cases.
